In these unprecedented times with COVID-19, there has been the expected knock on effect to the way your Credit Union operates. The personal safety of Members, staff, and the local community is our main priority and we are paying close attention to Government guidelines; rest assured, we are taking every precaution possible.

The Members’ reception area within the Head Office reopened on 7th June 2021.    At the moment, social distancing is in place to help keep our staff and our Members safe. You will also be asked to wear a face covering. When you visit, we may ask you to wait outside if it is busy and things may take a little more time to complete, but we will help you as quickly as we can, so please bear with us. Our Member Services Team will be able to assist you :

Monday – Thursday        9.30am – 3.30pm
Friday                                      9.30am – 3pm

If you do not need to speak to our Team, you can still pick up our forms at the Head Office front door between 9am and 4pm Mondays to Thursdays (3pm Fridays). Completed forms can be posted in our foyer letterbox.

Our telephone lines are opened Monday – Thursday between 10am – 1pm, and 1.30pm – 3.30pm, Friday 10am – 1pm, and 1.30pm – 2.45pm.

We will strive to keep you up to date with any further developments via this website or email.

We strongly encourage all Members to register for online services, where you will be able to view your balances and request share withdrawals.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will act in line with Government and NHS guidelines.

We understand how uncertain life is now and how difficult this can make day to day life. If you have a loan and are finding you are having trouble making payments to your account during this time, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist as far as we can. We encourage your contact if COVID-19 has affected you financially; your Credit Union is here to help you.

If you do not have a loan and anticipate you may need money at short notice, you may wish to consider reducing or temporarily stopping deductions or payments to your account for your own convenience. We will be still processing share withdrawals, however it takes a little bit longer to reach the receiving bank account. Your savings will continue to be safe with us and protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
