You are now able to view your balances online and request share withdrawals. As this is brand new, we thought you might need a hand with some aspects. Below you will find some tips and step by step instructions on how register.
You need to register for online services even if you are an existing member of the Transport Credit Union, but once you have done this and been approved by the office, you can login using your details.
There are two registrations required, depending on what type of device you are using – smart phone or PC. Registering on one, does not mean you have registered on both. This needs to be done separately. If you are registering on your mobile phone, please see directly below at Number 1. If you are registering on your PC please go to Number 2.
Remember, you should never disclose your login details to anyone – password, PIN or mobile passcode. If you are concerned about any of the above, you can reset your details (ensuring your new choice cannot be easily guessed). If you use a shared computer, make sure you log out immediately after use. You should also try to remember to log out after use on your mobile too.
A Few Useful Points to Remember
You must already be a member of the Credit Union in order to register for the online facilities. If you register using information we don’t hold – a new address, name change – we may not be able to approve your registration until we have contacted you.
For further security reasons, the data used is not “live” but your balances will be updated regularly throughout the day during office hours.
If you request a share withdrawal – this is not instant or automatic – your request still requires to be processed by the office. If received by 1:30pm we will process the same day and you will receive funds within 2 working days.
If you are using your mobile phone to access the online area, you might find it useful to save this page to your “favourites” or bookmark so you are able to find it easily.
If you are having issues and need to contact us, please have your information handy and know which device you are having difficulty with – mobile or PC. It would be worth following the troubleshooting steps mentioned on this page if your issue is to do with a forgotten password, PIN or passcode.

Mobile registration requires the following:
Member number.
Name, address, date of birth and contact details.
A passcode is required (between 6 and 15 characters) chosen by you.
Click register and you will have full access once we have approved your registration request.

Once logged in you will be taken to your account home page. There you will see the options available. Your shares and loan balances flash across the top of the screen; if you click on these you will be able to view recent transactions.

If you are not sure of which bank details or need to change these, you will need to contact the office. You can choose which share account you wish to withdraw from too.
If your share withdrawal request is received by 1:30pm, this will be processed same day and will be received by you within 2 working days. Please remember withdrawals will be subject to available balances i.e. what is in your account and any outstanding loan or PBA balances.
