Members payments dates during festive period:
Payments requested before 1.30pm on Monday 23rd Dec will credit by 5pm.
Payments requested before 12pm on Tuesday 24th Dec will credit by 5pm.
Payments requested AFTER this time and until 2pm on Monday 30th Dec will be processed by 5pm on this date.
Payments requested after 2pm on Monday 30th Dec and until 1.30pm on Friday 3rd Jan will be processed by 5pm on this date.
The office is closed on the following days (please note this may affect payment dates)
- 1st and 2nd January
- Easter Monday
- May day (First Monday in May)
- August Bank Holiday (Usually last Monday in August)
- Christmas day and Boxing day. (The office will be closed over the Christmas period – updated dates will be available via the Christmas hours notice)
